95% Merlot - 5% Cabernet Sauvignon - CCOF Certified Organic. Unfiltered. No sulfur added. Super old vine. The Merlot is over 40 years old and Cab is over 60! 

11 and 9 days of skin contact, respectively, so this isn't your classic bordeaux blend. I had this a couple weeks ago with the winemaker, and there was a little spritz when I popped it. Probably a second fermentation going on in the bottle. Earthy, brambly red and blue fruit, and some pepper.
